Sunstay Cruz Loft Torremolinos

This is an exceptionally good studio with everything you could possibly need. Well-located near the centre and a short walk to the beach. A great choice for two guests. Only gripe was getting access to the flat. I completed the register process but had to call the person responsible for managing the flat (she never gave her name) to ask for the access codes. The front door code didn’t work and luckily a neighbour kindly let me in. Quite a stressful start to the holiday! But apart from that I would definitely stay here again if they can get the entry procedure sorted out. Este es un estudio excepcionalmente bueno con todo lo que uno podría necesitar. Está bien ubicado, cerca del centro y a pocos pasos de la playa. Una excelente opción para dos personas. La única queja fue el acceso al departamento. Completé el proceso de registro, pero tuve que llamar a la persona a cargo de la administración del departamento (ella nunca se identificó) para pedirle los códigos de acceso. El código de la puerta principal no funcionaba y, por suerte, un vecino tuvo la amabilidad de dejarme entrar. ¡Un comienzo bastante estresante para las vacaciones! Pero, aparte de eso, definitivamente me quedaría aquí de nuevo si logran resolver el problema del procedimiento de entrada.

Just the process of getting access to the flat.

The location was very good. There were several grocery stores very close. The center was also close, 7..10 min walk. Many restaurants nearby. The apartment was clean and tidy, had almost everything you need. The kitchen was well equipped.

The only downsides were that there wasn’t a broom to sweep the floor (only a mop), and if the apartment wasn’t ventilated, there was a litle smell.

Es tal y como en las fotos, totalmente limpio y equipado. Buena ubicación, tranquila por las noches y cerca de paradas de bus que te conectan con todo. El anfitrión muy atento, la cama super cómoda. La relación calidad/precio muy buena.

Wir haben 5 Nächte im "Sunstay Loft" in Torremolinos verbracht. - sehr schöner Ausblick auf das Meer (beim Frühstücken Meerblick) - sehr lichtdurchflutete Unterkunft - sehr bequemes und komfortables Bett - gute Ausstattung der kleinen Kochzeile - insgesamt sehr großes und geräumiges Appartement - gute Verkehrsanbindung an die Stadt mit ÖPNV -Zentral in dennoch ruhiger Lage in Torromolinos gelegen

- ein unglaublich penetranter Abflussgeruch in der gesamten Wohnung (vermutlich aus dem Badezimmer kommend), der trotz Duftstecker hartnäckig in der Luft blieb und zeitweise immer wieder wahrnehmbar war Besonders intensiv war der Geruch beim Betreten der Wohnung nach Tagesaktivität Da besteht nach unserer Auffassung dringender Handlungsbedarf - sehr kleines Badezimmer - das Duscherlebnis hält sich in Grenzen, Warmwasser stark zeitlich begrenzt; Regendusche oberhalb war daher für uns nicht nutzbar, da vermutlich Wasserverbrauch zu hoch (Resultat: relativ schnelles kaltes Wasser beim Duschen) - Preis Leistungsverhältnis von über 80 Euro am Tag unserer Ansicht nicht angemessen bzw. zu hoch
