A superb studio in a great location, so central for everything from shops and restaurants to transport and the beaches are only 10mins walk away. Picking up the keys was nice and easy, great communications from the owner and it was easy to arrange a time to meet when arriving and leaving. Absolutely superb value for money, I'd highly recommend a stay here.

Location is good however there is a lot of traffic horns in the morning around 7am onwards so best to keep the windows closed. The bed was comfy enough and it has a yellow ochre settee and a folding table. It has a hob and a washing machine however see below before using it.

I didn’t know that the property attracts a late check in fee of €45 in cash demanded upon arrival. I couldn’t believe it when I found out but my BA flight arriving at 9pm was already booked so I didn’t have much choice. It will probably be my fault for not combing through the small print in the terms and conditions. Night arriving flights are a reality of travel to international airports. When I got there, the host simply just gave me the keys and showed me how a couple of things worked, therefore the €45 charge could’ve been avoided by using a key safe. Also, there is some sort of plumbing issue in the bathroom, whenever the washing machine is used or the shower is used shortly after the toilet, waste water will pump out of the drain in the floor, flooding the bathroom with foul smelling waste water. Oh yes and my white socks were black after walking around on the floors for a few hours. The communication from the vendor is terrible, you’re simple given access to an AI chatbot over WhatsApp that chooses to pass on whatever information it wants to “to the team”. Therefore I wasn’t able to confirm that anyone would be there to meet me at the property late at night and just simply had to hope they’d be there.
