Renovated Studio with Sea-View Terrace and Pool in Central Torremolinos:
On the seventh floor of the Verdiales building, this renovated 35 m² studio has what many look for and few find: a sea-view terrace with an awning for the sunniest hours — perfect for breakfast every morning with the Mediterranean as your backdrop.
The modern, practical interior includes a double bed, a lounge area with flat-screen TV and Amazon Fire Stick, air conditioning with heating and free WiFi. The ceramic-hob kitchen is fully equipped: fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, Italian-style coffee maker and a Dolce Gusto capsule machine, along with pots, pans and complete tableware. The bathroom has a shower and hairdryer, and you also get a washing machine and an iron with ironing board. Bed linen, pillows and towels are included; blankets and a duvet are added in winter. The building offers a lift, 24-hour reception and a seasonal outdoor pool with a bar (roughly 15 June to 15 September; dates may vary).
The location makes everything easy: shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants all around, Plaza Costa del Sol 350 m away, the train station and bus terminal under 10 minutes on foot, and Bajondillo Beach about a 15-minute walk. From Málaga Airport (8 km), the C1 train reaches Torremolinos in around 20 minutes; a taxi takes about fifteen. There is no private parking, but free street parking is available and a paid underground car park is 5 minutes away.
