About this house rental
Welcome to Point of View, a recently renovated and meticulously maintained 3-bedroom, 3-bath oceanfront home located directly on the world-famous Treasure Cay Beach in Abaco, Bahamas. The property is privately gated and offers a peaceful, secluded setting with direct access to one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean—one that National Geographic has named among the Top 10 Beaches in the World.
The Home
The spacious primary suite is located on the first floor and features a comfortable King-size bed, a large private ensuite bathroom, and a generous walk-in shower. The suite also includes a Samsung UHD TV and Sonos soundbar/subwoofer for relaxing in comfort.
Upstairs are two additional spacious bedrooms, each furnished with two Twin XL beds. The beds can be configured together to create a king-size bed, upon request, giving you flexibility for families, couples, or groups of friends. Each bedroom also has its own private balcony overlooking the spectacular beach and ocean.
A full bathroom with a double-sink vanity serves the two upstairs bedrooms.
Open-Concept Living
The open-concept main living area brings the kitchen, dining, and living spaces together, all with beautiful ocean views. The dining table comfortably seats 8 guests, with an additional 4 seats at the quartz kitchen island, making entertaining and gathering together effortless.
The living room features a 65-inch UHD TV and Sonos soundbar system for your entertainment. A convenient bar area includes an under-counter wine cooler and mini refrigerator.
A second full guest bathroom is located just steps from the dining and living areas.
Off the kitchen and primary suite is a dedicated laundry room with a washer and dryer.
Step Outside to Paradise
Step through the rear of the home onto the expansive Ipe wood deck, where the ocean is just steps away. From the deck, you can walk directly onto the soft white sands of Treasure Cay Beach and into the crystal-clear waters of the Abacos.
On the right side of the deck is a covered cabana with fans to keep you comfortable throughout the day. The cabana features four cushioned swivel chairs, creating the perfect spot to relax, enjoy a drink, or take in the spectacular views.
The deck also features comfortable reclining loungers for soaking up the Bahamian sunshine.
For those ready to explore the water, two large paddleboards are provided for your enjoyment. Whether you’re heading out for a morning paddle or exploring the calm, crystal-clear waters along the beach, they’re ready for your next adventure.
On the left side of the deck is your private hot-and-cold ocean-view shower—a unique and unforgettable way to rinse off after a day at the beach. It’s definitely a must-see experience!

Point of View is equipped with super-fast, reliable fiber Wi-Fi, with coverage extending outside onto the deck and even down toward the beach and sandbar.
A whole-home backup generator provides peace of mind and keeps the lights, stove, and air conditioning running should there ever be a power interruption—so your island getaway doesn’t have to miss a beat.
