Welcome to Bella Vista, a private beachfront estate on beautiful Great Guana Cay in the Abacos.
Set directly along the Atlantic Ocean, Bella Vista combines the privacy and relaxed atmosphere of an island home with the amenities of your own private resort. Wake up to beautiful ocean views, walk down to the beach, spend the afternoon by your private pool, or enjoy a little friendly competition on the pickleball court or putting green.
With 5 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms and accommodations for up to 14 guests, Bella Vista is ideal for families, multiple families traveling together, and groups of friends looking for an unforgettable island getaway.
THE HOUSE
Bella Vista was designed to take advantage of its incredible beachfront location. The open living areas are comfortable and inviting, with beautiful ocean views and plenty of room for everyone to gather.
The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals at home, whether you're having breakfast before a day on the water or dinner together after a day at the beach.
The living room and four bedrooms have DirecTV, and Starlink high-speed Wi-Fi provides excellent connectivity throughout the house for streaming, working remotely or simply staying connected.
Guests also have use of the washer and dryer during their stay—an especially convenient amenity for an island vacation.

The home also features five full bathrooms, giving larger groups plenty of space and convenience. Four are ensuite bathrooms, with an additional full bathroom conveniently accessible from the common area.

There's no need to load everyone into a golf cart for a beach day. Grab a towel and walk outside.
Our guests consistently tell us how much they enjoy the beautiful ocean views and the peaceful, uncrowded feeling of the beach.
EXPERIENCE GUANA CAY
Bella Vista gives you the best of both worlds: privacy when you want it and easy access to the laid-back island atmosphere that makes Guana Cay so special.
Golf carts are the primary way to get around the island. Take yours into town for lunch at Nipper's, enjoy a sunset at Grabbers, have a special dinner at Kalopsia, or explore the other local restaurants and island favorites.
We provide our guests with recommended golf-cart companies and other local contacts before arrival.
EXPLORE THE ABACOS
One of our favorite things about staying on Guana Cay is using it as your home base for exploring the Abacos.
Rent a boat or book a private charter and spend the day discovering neighboring islands, secluded beaches, sandbars, snorkeling spots and the beautiful waters surrounding the cays.
We provide recommendations for trusted local boat rentals and private charters, including options that depart directly from Guana Cay.
GETTING HERE IS EASIER THAN YOU THINK
If this is your first trip to Guana Cay, don't worry—we'll help you through it.
Before your arrival, you'll receive our Bella Vista Guest Guide with information and recommendations for airport transportation, groceries and provisioning, ferry service, golf-cart rentals, restaurants, boat rentals, island hopping and important house information.
Once you arrive on Guana Cay, Willie, our property manager, will meet you at the public dock and help get you settled at Bella Vista.
Willie lives on the island and is available should you need assistance with the house during your stay.
A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Like many homes throughout the Abacos, Bella Vista uses collected rainwater. Our water passes through a three-stage filtration and purification system. We simply ask our guests to be mindful of water usage during their stay.

Just returned from an amazing stay at Bella Vista. From the start Nicki was great to communicate with. Upon arriving in Great Guana we were greeted by the property manager Willie who was very nice. The house was gorgeous! The views from every room are spectacular. The house was fully equipped with everything you need for the kitchen and beach. The house was well laid out and perfect for our group of friends. It was remodeled after the hurricane and feels very new inside. The beach was amazing. It felt like we had our own private beach. We look forward to returning.

Family group of 8 (Parents adult kids) stayed for 1 week. Everything about staying at Bella Vista hit the mark. Communications with Nikki ahead of time to set up food delivery and taxi services made getting started simple. The house is perfectly designed and stocked with everything you need. The putting green and bocci court were a great plus that the family used in the evenings after beach time. When we ran into flight problems at the end of the trip and had to leave early, Nikki and the crew took care of us like family.
