This is the 3rd time we have stayed on a property Mark owns…..our 5th trip to the island. We won’t stay anywhere else. Amazing place, great owner, and always a unbelievable time.

Barefoot Cottage ticked all our boxes and then some. Beds for all 12, easy dining for all around a table for 10, kids at the counter, dock (in the end we left our boat behind and rented 2 also golf carts from Dive Guana - great folks!). Big pluses were lovely grounds in Orchid Bay gated community and a pool which was a huge plus. Ditto tennis/basketball court. The cottage was fully provisioned. Just bring food; everything else was there. The furnishings and general ambiance were perfect. Host Mark a delight. Perfect family vacation.

Fabulous, well-maintained home right within the gates of Orchid Bay! Mark was a pleasure to communicate with and extremely accommodating! House was clean and turn-key ready for a relaxing weekend!

The house was in great shape, clean and well supplied. There were 10 of us staying in the house and everyone had plenty of space. The house is within walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, bar, beach,etc. There is a nice clay tennis court across the street which we used, so bring your racket if you want. Also, with being in the Bahamas and on vacation there are always questions, comments you have and the owner was very accessible and responsive through the VRBO app to questions. Enjoy your stay.
