Essential Stay Details
Parking is included in the monthly rental at no additional cost. The property includes a single-car garage plus driveway space for up to three additional standard-sized vehicles. Most parking spots are made for standard-size vehicles; please notify us if you have a non-standard vehicle to ensure seamless fit.
A one-time cleaning fee of $950 will be added at the time of booking. Optional weekly or bi-weekly professional housekeeper services can also be easily arranged on an hourly basis based on your needs.
As a Canadian-based company, our baseline rates are listed in CAD. While some international platforms may auto-convert prices to USD, a clear, transparent breakdown showing both currencies will be provided on the final page before you confirm your booking. We accept direct payments from all major credit cards except American Express.

Effective May 1, 2024, the BC Government has set the minimum stay for rentals in British Columbia at 90 days. If you see the option to book a shorter stay, be aware that some platforms display this to show the breakdown of the monthly rate for this property.
