This self-catering first-floor apartment sits within a privately owned development covering 300 acres of Norfolk countryside. Made for families and small groups, it lends itself to breaks that combine on-site relaxation with days out across the county. Norwich, with its Norman cathedral, castle museum, and the cobbled streets of Elm Hill, rewards a full day of wandering, shopping, and dining. The Norfolk Broads National Park offers boat trips, wildlife watching, and gentle riverside walks, while the North Norfolk coast brings wide beaches and harbour towns: Cromer for its Victorian pier and fresh crab, Wells-next-the-Sea for its beach huts and marshes, and Blakeney Point for seal-watching boat trips. Pensthorpe Natural Park provides a quieter outing, with bird hides, otters, and riverside footpaths. Sandringham Estate, the Royal Family's Norfolk residence, opens its gardens and grounds to visitors.

The kitchen opens off the living area, with a microwave, dishwasher, and worktop space for preparing meals. Moving through to the bedrooms, the double bedroom has a built-in wardrobe and a dressing table, with enough room to unpack properly and settle in for the week. Across the hall, the twin bedroom has two single beds, its own built-in wardrobe, and a dressing table, making it a good fit for children or friends sharing. A doorway from the hall leads to the family bathroom, which has a shower over the bath and a WC. With the lounge, kitchen, two bedrooms, and bathroom all connecting off the central hallway, the layout is easy to navigate.
A private patio with a table and chairs provides space for outdoor dining. On-site, shared with other guests and visitors to the development, are a heated pool, two 18-hole championship golf courses, a fitness centre, and a spa with treatments available. Golf is included for the duration of the stay, and leisure passes for the gym, tennis, table tennis, and squash court can be purchased separately. Swimming for children under 16 is restricted to scheduled family sessions. Parking is available on-site.
