Made for couples and small families, it combines on-site leisure with easy access to Norwich, the Norfolk Broads, and the North Norfolk coast. Norwich, with its Norman cathedral, castle museum, and the independent boutiques of the Norwich Lanes, makes for a full and rewarding day out. The Norfolk Broads, a vast network of rivers and waterways, invite boat trips, wildlife watching, and quiet walks through reed beds and marshes, while the North Norfolk coast delivers dramatic scenery from Cromer's Victorian pier to the seal colonies at Blakeney Point. Closer to the apartment, gentle footpaths along the River Yare and River Wensum wind through open countryside, providing straightforward routes for a morning or afternoon walk.
The living area has two sofas and leads through to a generous dining area with ample room for meals. The kitchen sits alongside, fully equipped for self-catering, and the three spaces flow together naturally. From here, the layout continues to the two bedrooms. The twin bedroom is furnished with two single beds, a wardrobe, a dressing table, and a chest of drawers, and is positioned near the main bathroom, which features a shower over the bath and WC. Both bedrooms are a good size, with enough storage to unpack properly and settle in for the week.
