This welcoming South Austin retreat combines warm western design with modern comforts. From longhorn artwork and cowhide accents to cozy bedding and a relaxing patio lounge, every detail is designed to create a memorable Texas stay. Whether you're visiting for food, music, or a relaxing getaway, this space offers both comfort and character.
Bedrooms: features two comfortable bedrooms designed for restful stays. The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed with a rattan wood frame, soft linens, decorative pillows, bedside lamps, and a cozy blanket. The second bedroom offers a queen-size upholstered bed with plush bedding, a soft rug, and calming décor.
Bathroom: includes a full shower and is stocked with hotel-style toiletries, fresh towels, makeup towels, and a hair dryer. Guests will also find a soap dispenser, shower caddy for convenience, and bath mats. Two full bathrooms stocked with hotel-style toiletries, fresh towels, makeup towels, and bath mats. Guests will find shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap provided for convenience.
Living Room: features a comfortable velvet sofa, leather accent chair, glass coffee table, western accent pillows, and a cowhide rug. A wall-mounted electric fireplace and Smart TV create a cozy atmosphere for relaxing evenings.
Kitchen & Dining: includes an electric stove and oven, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, cookware set, knife block, utensils, dinnerware for up to eight guests, and glassware. A Keurig coffee maker is provided along with coffee pods, tea, sugar, creamer, salt, and pepper.
Laundry: shared with washer and dryer is located outside the unit for guest use.
Outdoor Living: private patio area is designed for relaxing Austin evenings. Guests can enjoy a lounge daybed, cushioned club chairs, accent tables, and a gas fire pit table. Air Conditioning: The home uses portable AC units (not central air).
