One small "well-behaved" dog under 35 lbs is allowed with an additional fee. Bi-weekly cleaning services are required for an additional fee of $90 per cleaning. Lovely property, we were in Austin visiting our daughter and family, the house was ideal and very central so we were 15 mins from Lost Creek where she lives and 15 mins from downtown. All needs met, lovely yard area, we didn’t cook but everything you would need seemed to be there. Will definitely use this as a base for future visits.

Close to my work and close enough to downtown if you are like me who likes to visit the downtown, but likes to stay in a nice quiet neighborhood.
