Great house, very comfortable and clean. Had everything you might need. The proximity to St. David's South Hospital made this the perfect place to stay during my father's surgery. I highly recommend this property.

The property had a great lighting and positioning. The window placement offered a lot of light while maintaining privacy as it is located behind another single family home on a B lot. There were a few minor stains on the carpet in the living room and some sticky stains on first level floors/couch, nothing too bad that a little more attention to detail couldn’t fix. Communicating via text was really easy- the VRBO app has a lag which has nothing to do with the hosts.

It's Chase here! Me and my girl Abigail just crashed at this SICK Funky Austin Evolve Loft, and I'm giving it five stars because it was straight-up LEGENDARY! AHHHH! (Just hollered so loud I spooked Abigail and she dropped her glittery phone case… Lol, sorry, babe!)This loft was NEXT LEVEL! The host left us this classy red wine that I crushed in like two gulps… I'm a wine LORD bro! Then we found this back patio with cornhole, and I was like, "DUDE, this is OUR JAM!" Rocked my tie-dye tank—the one from my buddy's BBQ where I got SMOKED in cornhole—and we danced under the Austin night! The host's welcome card almost made me tear up until I saw Abby with a wine cork stuck to her finger. "Babe, you're a wine QUEEN!" She looked so adorable!The bed was like snoozing on a giant cloud, and they had EVERYTHING—towels, coffee, killer Wi-Fi! The living room had this book of 100 Austin things to do—yeehaw, I'm a cowboy! Might've ninja-flipped a lamp before Abby noticed! The whole place screamed Austin swagger. We crushed Matt's El Rancho tacos—best of my LIFE!The wildest thing? We strolled downtown blasting Post Malone when I spotted this dude on a skateboard dressed as a GIANT TACO! I yelled "DUDE, WHAT?!" and he goes, "DON'T TELL MY BOSS I'M DITCHING WORK!!!" He was fleeing because he dumped glitter in the salsa! some wine and told him to call it fancy garnish. Genius, right? Later we got lost without our phones for two hours and found a bar with a REAL HORSE inside! But $25 cover? Nah, bro. I called my mom and she helped us get home.This loft is STRAIGHT FIRE, and we're already planning to return! Five stars because we felt like total rockstars!Cheers, dudes and dudettes!!!
