Good neighborhood, parking, spacious

The apartment was like a little home. Had all the features, huge washing machine and dryer, all kitchen utilities, bathtub and shower, a small cute courtyard lined in blub lights. Shared driveway was unable to hold our car due to the steep incline (we had a low car) but parking on street was fine. Air-conditioning was fantastic too.
Taxis into Austin city were quite cheap and easy to get! Location was perfect.
We had the front courtyard (so it was at the front of the house and wasn't as private) apartment is small so you can hear everyone in it (not so much neighbours just people your staying with).

Mosquitos outside were bad and needs an exhaust fan in the bathroom, although I'm not sure if this is common in Austin, but otherwise absolutely perfect.
