Bring your buckets, spades, and water sports gear, as North Beach and South Beach are within a mile of the property and offer calm waters for paddling, kayaking, kitesurfing, and windsurfing. The pretty Victorian seaside town of Hunstanton is only 2 miles away, with Old Hunstanton Beach (3.5 miles) offering coastal walks, dunes to explore, cliffs, and breathtaking sunsets to admire. The area is a haven for nature lovers and bird watchers with two RSPB reserves at Snettisham and Titchwell within 10 miles. Spend a day exploring the house and gardens at the Royal Sandringham Estate (7 miles). Alternatively, explore King's Lynn, 15 miles away and enjoy the cobbled lanes, historic merchant houses and maritime history of this pretty market town.

Enter the hallway and straight ahead, towards the back, there is a handy storage cupboard for coats and shoes. As you move through, you’ll pass the downstairs cloakroom with a WC. The light, airy and inviting lounge room is the heart of the retreat. With plenty of comfortable seating, it’s a delightful spot for relaxing together in front of the Smart TV after busy days of holiday adventure. When it is time to eat, the attractive, bright kitchen/dining space is ideal for shared meals. The contemporary kitchen has all the appliances you need to whip up dishes during your break. At the end of the day, stairs in the hall lead up to the first floor, where you can drift off to sleep in a choice of two spacious bedrooms with ample storage: one is a king-size, and one is a twin. A lovely bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC completes the interior features of this charming seaside escape.
Head outside from the kitchen/dining area into the enclosed garden, a lovely space with a patio and picnic bench for your morning coffee and a lawn for children and dogs to play. Private parking is available for one car in front of the middle garage, with additional parking available on request via the owner.
