Set back from the road in the coastal village of Heacham, this spacious property is perfect for family holidays beside the sea. Located around a mile from Heacham’s North and South beaches, you can enjoy bucket-and-spade beach days or get active with water sports on this superb stretch of coast. Four people and up to two dogs have the run of this lovely property, which includes large, light-filled living areas and an enclosed grassy garden.

This two-storey, contemporary property is light and bright with soft, neutral hues and elegant decor for a warm and welcoming ambience. An open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner forms the heart of this charming house. A smart, modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, before settling around the bench-style dining table to savour your creations. At the far end of the room, a comfortable lounge invites you to unwind and watch TV or throw open the patio doors on warm evenings for kids and dogs to play on the lawn. An outdoor dining table invites you to dine alfresco in the salty sea air. Two beautifully appointed bedrooms welcome you upstairs at the end of the day to get cosy under the covers of the king-size and twin bedrooms. They share use of a contemporary family bathroom, and there’s private parking for two cars.

It's an easy 2.5-mile walk along the seafront to the Victorian seaside town of Hunstanton, famed for its striped cliffs, Sealife Centre, and seaside attractions. The entire area is a paradise for birdwatchers, with two RSPB reserves at Snettisham and Titchwell (within 8 miles), while royal enthusiasts can visit the house and gardens at the Sandringham Estate (6.5 miles). Further along the coast, Holkham (16.5 miles) is known for its historic house and stunning beach, where pine forest and sweeping sand dunes fringe the sea all the way to Wells-next-the-Sea.
