Sloe Gin Cottage has a charming interior that boasts traditional period features with quirky splashes of character throughout including exposed beams, trusses and a cosy wood-burning stove. Lovingly restored, using traditional materials and colours, the cottage provides stylish accommodation with comfortable furnishings. A real 'home from home' with hidden wooden mice to hunt for!
Accommodation: Ground Floor - Sitting Room: a welcoming room with comfortable seating, cosy throws and wood-burner, Smart TV. Kitchen/Dining Room - gas range cooker, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge /freezer, washing machine, sofa, farmhouse kitchen table and chairs, French doors to courtyard garden, stairs to the first floor. Please note: The staircase at the property is a typical Norfolk staircase. It may be steeper than your staircase at home. First Floor - Bedroom 1 with a double bed, Bedroom 2 with 2'6" twin beds. Bathroom - bath tub, rainfall over-bath shower, washbasin and wc. Garden - fully enclosed sunny courtyard with table and chairs. Gas central heating and woodburner. Pets - Two well behaved medium-sized dogs welcome downstairs only. Also provided - towels, highchair and stair gate. Books, DVDs, games, radio. WiFi. Note this is a non-smoking property. Mobile signal - good. Parking for 2 cars on gravel drive.

Wonderful holiday cottage. Quiet village location wirh parking for 2 cars.Extremely clean, nicely furnished, cute outside space to enjoy the morning/evening sun. One of the best we have stayed in. In particular things provided.. a lovely welcome food pack.. supply of dishwasher tablets. washing up liquid. tea/hand towels. dish cloths , very large fridge/freezer..Very good/useful information book.The only downside for us personally as 4 adults was the upstairs is a bit tight for space and only 1 bathroom. The twin room was very small for 2 adults including the size of the beds, both men in our party are 6 foot! We couldnt both get ready in the small room at the same time. It would be more suited to a family with 2 children. But we couldnt fault the cottage for cleanliness & comfort. Really enjoyed our stay.. Loved the wooden mice & discovering different ones every day.

a the cottage is ideally situated for all kinds of trips out old Hunstanton which is a lovely old place to visit for a beach Holcombe Hall not far from Norwich many many places and I would challenge anybody to find the cottage without one single item it was furnished above and beyond everything you could possibly need

Wow! What a stunning cottage.We had everything we needed for our wonderful stay in Norfolk.We were greeted with a welcome pack which went down very well.Communication with the host was excellent and we were even told that as the cottage was ready, we could check in early.Thank you for a wonderful stay and making precious memories.We will be back

Great cottage. Perfect for 2 couples and dogs. amazingly equipped. Easy access to the beach. Great pubs. Really enjoyed it
