Featured in Country Living (2019) and Modern Farmhouse Style (2018), these three beautifully designed homes are perfect for Antique Week, weekend getaways, and exploring Round Top & Warrenton.
Together, the homes provide space, comfort, and privacy while sharing the charm of a scenic working farm. Sleeps 16 total guests between the 3 homes.

Guests will have access to the Guest Cottage, Modern Manor, Historic House, and the full farm amenity use. Guests will not have access to the garage in Modern Manor or the equipment barn.
After booking, liability waivers and rental agreements must be signed before receiving check-in instructions.
**This is a country property, so you’ll likely see birds, bugs, deer, and other wildlife during your stay. We regularly treat the property for pests, but during Texas summers, wasps can build nests surprisingly quickly. For your convenience, we keep wasp spray under the kitchen sink should you spot any new activity.**
