Relax, unwind and connect with your family, friends or teammates at our well appointed southern style country estate located in south College Station located just minutes from the Texas A&M main campus, Kyle Field, Blue Bell Park, Airport and College Station/Bryan shopping and dining. House boasts 6,420 square feet of living space with 3 floors, and features a large swimming pool with shallow wading area and a huge outdoor patio and entertainment area. Also included for your use is a Noah's Ark children's playscape. Property is perfect for accommodating guests with plenty of room to congregate or you can spread out for private time. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside yet you are only minutes to Texas A&M, shopping and dining. Property has an electric gate, ample parking and room for the kids to play ball and ride bikes or scooters on the front circular driveway. Please bring your own pool floats/toys to suit your needs as we cannot guarantee what will be available. We have some pool towels but those come and go so please bring yours as we prefer to keep the white towels in the house.

*** If this house is bigger than what you need we can rent just the first and second floor. That includes 1 master bedroom with a king bed on the first floor. The second floor has 3 bedrooms with queen beds and one bedroom with a full and a twin bed, 3 1/2 baths and a large living/game room. Sleeps 11 in beds. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking large meals. There is a Keurig and regular coffee pot, blender and toaster. Regular oven, wall oven, microwave, 2 full size refrigerators and a washer/dryer. There will be a small supply of paper towels, kitchen cleaner spray, dish soap and laundry detergent available. We do not stock spices as these come and go but there is usually sugar, salt and pepper. If you have a special request or would like us to shop for you before you arrive let us know and we will try to accommodate your request.

House sleeps 27 comfortably! Three story southern style house has 5 traditional bedrooms, 6 full baths and 1 powder room. VERY Unique 1,600 square foot 3rd floor loft/bunkhouse room has 3 queen beds, 6 twin beds, 1 full bed and a private room with doors and a king sized bed. Loft/bunkhouse room also has a big screen TV and sitting areas. Loft room has a new bathroom completed in March of 2018!

Absolutely no dogs or pets allowed on the property. There are horses and other animals surrounding the house and our insurance carrier will not allow pets to be brought on property by VRBO guests or their guests.

Check in is at 4:00 pm. If you need to check in sooner we will try to accommodate your request depending on our schedule and our housekeepers schedule. There will be a $50 an hour charge for early check ins before 3:00 pm.

If you are planning to use the property for more than 27 people (party, event or large dinner, etc.) you MUST let us know before you book the property. There will be an additional charge per extra guest over 27 and we will discuss the details of your group before you book. We have a rental agreement and rules documents you will be required to read and sign before we will book the property.

If you plan on having more than 50 people at the property there is a 2,500 sq ft special events building on site that can be used for an additional charge. Building is climate controlled, has a full kitchen and his/her bathrooms. If interested ask for more details, availability, rates, services offered and pictures.
