BEDROOMS

- Upstairs Bedroom: 2 queen sized beds & twin bunk bed + TV + closet + en-suite bathroom

Great property and great host with A communication. Highly recommended. I booked the property for an annual car-guys trip and it was perfect for us. Plenty of parking for all our cars, and great driving roads in the area. A nice long winding drive up to the house is a nice greet when entering, the house is nice and conducive to gathering. Big porch with plenty of seating and nice views. We really enjoyed the pool which is resort-sized, clean and well maintained. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Check-in/out and house rules are clear and easy. We will be back!

We stayed at this house over the 4th of July weekend - 8 adults, 8 kids.Pros: Very Clean space - Huge rooms, big enough to fit your family if you have little kids (we were able to fit our pack and play into the room comfortably). There is a nice bunk room upstairs as well. The kitchen was well stocked (utensils), GREAT pool, close to town, and a very large garage area with arcade games and toys for the kids. Cons: the common area in the house is very small, which was kind of misleading based on the pictures. Given the house sleeps 16 people, the common area has one 3 person couch and one chair. The dining table is directly under the TV and up against the wall. We were at the house on a very rainy weekend, which made being inside difficult because there was not really a place for us to hang out. Having the garage play area was our saving grace but it was super hot and muggy out there - no fan or anything. Both of the outdoor fridges were not working so we had to live out of our coolers for the overflow.The fire pit was overgrown and had not been mowed so we could not use it - and the grill was a very small charcoal grill. We ended up bringing our own Blackstone so we could actually cook for the amount of people we had.

Everything was good and we really enjoyed our stay, however, few down sides that could easily be solved.
1- The AC situation in the garage bedroom needs to be fixed, the room is 81 during the day and it was not even a very hot day, and in night it got to 74 with the help of 2 additional fans.
2- the floor insects situation a very bad thing and it gets very bad in the garage bedroom as well.
3- A nice improvement would be having a ceiling fan or a some kind of ventilation in the garage since it has all the activities and its very hot.
But overall its a very nice stay and we would like to book it again at some point if these issues are resolved.

The property setting is lovely, and the pool and hot tub (when we could get the hot tub heated) are very nice. The living room area is way too small for the number of beds this home has. One sofa, one lounge chair, and a table pushed up against a wall is not adequate. The problem we had during our stay, which we reported to the management company, was the lack of hot water in 2 of 3 bathrooms. When it warmed up, it was barely a trickle of hot water.
