Bedroom 1 (downstairs): 1 Queen with Smart TV, desk and attached full bath (guests can also access this bathroom from the hallway)
Bedroom 2 (upstairs): 1 King with Smart TV and attached full bath (private)
Bedroom 3 (upstairs): 1 King and 1 Double suite with couch, Smart TV, Nintendo Wii, sink, and coffee maker
Bedroom 4 (upstairs): 1 Queen, 1 crib, Smart TV
Bedroom 5 (upstairs): 1 Twin, 1 Full with Full Trundle, Smart TV

We do allow pets on our property. All pets are required to be current on rabies vaccinations and be receiving a flea and tick preventative. Please note, there is a $25 pet fee is per pet.
The city of College Station requires all short term rentals to obtain a city permit. Our permit number is STR2024-000021.
Please note there are three hotel occupancy taxes required when booking a short term rental in College Station.
The state of Texas requires a 6% occupancy tax, which you will see on your reservation as “lodging tax”.
Brazos County requires a 2.75% hotel occupancy tax.
