Near exit 2 of the Yellow Line, 2.3km from Nilton Santos Stadium. 30 min to Copacabana, 20min to Barra. Quiet dead-end street with easy parking. At the beginning of the street, on foot, you will find a grocery store, bakery, pharmacy, fruit and vegetable shop, beverage depot, disposable goods store, and various other businesses. There are also many snack bars that stay open, especially at night. There are also plenty of restaurants and bars within a 5-minute drive. Other observations: We do not accept pets. We do not provide towels. There is no parking, but the street is a dead end and it is easy to park in front of the house. Space for small gatherings with restrictions regarding loud music; only background music is allowed. The owner lives in the house below.
