The Space
Welcome to our spacious family home, nestled in a peaceful residential neighbourhood just a 15-minute walk from Sligo town and only 5 minutes from the nearest supermarket. Whether you're planning a family holiday, a getaway with friends, or a base to explore the spectacular North West of Ireland, our home offers the perfect blend of comfort, space, and convenience.
Designed with families and groups in mind, the house comfortably accommodates guests across 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom features its own en-suite and enjoys beautiful views of Benbulben, while the spacious twin bedroom and two cosy single bedrooms provide plenty of room for everyone. Travelling with little ones? A baby cot and high chair are also available.
The heart of the home is the cosy living room, where you can sink into reclining sofas beside the wood-burning stove after a day of exploring. Enjoy a true home cinema experience with Apple TV, a Samsung Smart TV and a Samsung Dolby surround sound system, along with complimentary access to Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, HBO Max, and Plex. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, making it easy to stream, work remotely, or stay connected.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a family dinner, with plenty of space to gather around the table and enjoy meals together.
Step outside and you'll discover over 500 m² of private garden space, perfect for making the most of your stay. Fire up the BBQ, relax on the spacious deck with outdoor seating, or enjoy a friendly game in the basketball area or on the lawn. Younger guests will love the swing and slide, giving the whole family plenty of ways to unwind and have fun.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including the house, private garden, deck, BBQ, basketball area, swing, and slide.
Our home is ideally located for exploring everything Sligo and the North West have to offer. Discover the breathtaking beaches of Strandhill and Rosses Point, hike the iconic Benbulben, experience the Wild Atlantic Way, visit local cafés, restaurants and traditional Irish pubs, or simply enjoy the stunning scenery that makes this part of Ireland so special.

This is our family home, where we live from September to June, and we're delighted to share it with respectful guests during the summer months. We kindly ask that you treat the property with the same care you would your own. To maintain a peaceful environment for both guests and neighbours, the house is not suitable for parties or events.
