About this apartment rental
The apartment is on the first floor of a building without an elevator. It is located in a historic area, close to various tourist attractions and with easy access to public transportation for exploring the city. Please note that Graça is a lively neighborhood, so some noise can be expected.
The apartment is situated where the annual "Santos Populares" celebrations occur in June. Please note that this area can become quite lively, and you should anticipate noise.

The apartment features three bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning. Two of them have double beds, and one has a single bed. All beds have drawers, providing extra storage space to help you keep your belongings organized!
Please note that one of the double bed bedrooms is interior (no windows).

→ Dining Room
An inviting dining room where you can comfortably sit down to enjoy your meals.
→ Kitchen
A fully equipped kitchen that includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, Nespresso coffee machine (coffee not included), as well as a dishwasher and a washing machine.

The apartment has two bathrooms: one full with a shower and a powder room.
After 22:00, a €25 late check-in fee applies (paid in cash upon arrival).
On the day of your arrival, a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

To reach the apartment from Lisbon's airport using public transportation, you can follow these steps:
Start by taking the Red Line (Linha Vermelha) of the Lisbon Metro system, which is accessible directly from the airport terminal.
Travel on the Red Line towards São Sebastião.
Get off at Alameda Station.
At Alameda Station, transfer to the Green Line (Linha Verde) towards Cais do Sodré.
Ride the Green Line for a few stops until you reach Martim Moniz Station.
From Martim Moniz Station, you have a couple of options:
You can walk to Largo da Graça, which is approximately a 15-20 minute walk. It's a hilly area, so be prepared for some uphill walking.
Alternatively, you can take tram 28 (Elétrico 28) from Martim Moniz to Largo da Graça. Tram 28 is a popular tourist route that passes through many historic neighborhoods, and it will take you closer to your destination.
If you prefer to rent a car, please note that there are very few parking spaces in the area.

→ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
→ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation.
→ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
→ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
→ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
→ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
→ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
→ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
→ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
→ Monthly utilities bills exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
→ Please keep in mind that the complete passport/ID details of all guests are required by Portuguese authorities. If you are a Portuguese citizen or booking on behalf of a registered company, providing a tax identification number is also mandatory.
