On the day of your arrival, a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

Praça do Martim Moniz: Just a short walk away, this lively square is a multicultural hub, known for its outdoor markets, food stalls, and events. It’s also a key access point for the famous Tram 28, which offers a scenic route through Lisbon’s historic districts.
Mouraria: One of Lisbon's oldest and most diverse neighborhoods, Mouraria is famous for its narrow streets, traditional Fado music, and historic charm. It’s a melting pot of cultures, offering a mix of local restaurants, ethnic cuisine, and a lively atmosphere.

The area around the apartment offers various public transportation options, making it easy to access different parts of the city:
- Metro: The nearest metro station is Martim Moniz (Green Line), just a few minutes' walk away. This line provides direct connections to several key points in Lisbon, including Rossio, Baixa, and Avenida da Liberdade.
- Tram 28: Near Praça do Martim Moniz, you can catch the iconic Tram 28, which travels through Lisbon’s hills and historic streets, passing through neighborhoods like Graça, Alfama, and Chiado.
- Buses: Avenida Almirante Reis, located next to Rua da Palma, is one of the main bus routes, with several lines connecting to the city center and other neighborhoods.
- Trains: Rossio Station, about a 10-minute walk away, offers train connections to destinations such as Sintra, facilitating quick trips outside of Lisbon.
The area is also ideal for walking, with many of Lisbon’s main attractions within easy reach.
→ Self-Catered Accommodation
The accommodation is self-catered. Some basic items are provided for your arrival, including toiletries for the first day, toilet paper, and other essentials. These items are offered as a courtesy and are not replenished during the stay.
→ Bed Linen and Towels
Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, one additional set of bed linen and towels will be provided free of charge at check-in.
→ Cleaning
The cleaning fee included in the reservation covers check-out cleaning only. Additional cleaning services or linen and towel changes can be requested during the stay at an extra cost. Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
→ Check-in
Check-in starts at 4:00 PM until 22:00PM (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00).. One set of keys will be provided.
→ Check-out
Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Upon departure, please place the keys on the main table.
→ Keys
Guests are responsible for the keys during their stay. Please do not leave the keys in the door lock or in the mailbox. If assistance is required due to lost or damaged keys, any associated costs will be charged to the guest. In case of lost keys, an additional penalty may apply.
→ Noise Monitoring
The property is equipped with noise monitoring sensors to help maintain a peaceful environment for guests and neighbors. These devices measure decibel levels only; they do not record audio or use cameras, ensuring complete privacy.
→ Baby Equipment
A baby cot and high chair are available upon request and may be subject to an additional fee.
→ Long Stays (28+ nights)
For stays of 28 nights or more, monthly utility bills (electricity, water, etc.) exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By confirming the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
