￫ The property is Self-Catered. Basic items are provided upon arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only—replacements or refills are not included.
￫ Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in your reservation. An additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge upon check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation only covers the check-out cleaning. Additional cleaning services or linen changes can be requested during your stay, subject to an extra fee—these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM (an additional cost of €25 applies for check-ins after 10:00 PM). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Upon departure, please leave the keys on the main table.
￫ During your stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property’s keys. Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock or mailbox. In case technical assistance is needed to unlock the door, or if the keys or lock are damaged, the guest will be responsible for the costs. A penalty will apply in case of lost keys.
￫ The property has noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring our guests' privacy, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, ensuring the peace and comfort of everyone during their stay.
￫ A crib and baby chair are available upon request and are subject to an additional cost.
￫ Monthly bill consumption exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
