Bari House consists of a kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster, a utility, a living/dining room with TV, and a conservatory. The bedrooms consist of 1 x king-size, 1 x double, and 1 x zip/link double (can be twin on request). There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. LPG gas central heating with radiators, WiFi, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is off-road parking for 3 cars, a front lawn garden, and an enclosed rear and side garden with lawn and patio area. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.1 miles, coast 0.3 miles, beach 0.8 miles. The Warren is a wonderful base for exploring Seahouses and the Northumberland coast. Note: This property has a 350 GBP Good Housekeeping Bond.
