**Community Renovations and closures scheduled September 8 2026 - December 14 2026. Please read the details.
Solterra announced a significant renovation and upgrade to its resort aquatic areas. The lazy river will be closed beginning September 8, 2026, followed by the resort pool and hot tub beginning September 22, 2026. The current schedule anticipates these amenities reopening around December 14, 2026, subject to construction, inspections, and final approvals. The great news is that your private pool at our home will remain open and is completely unaffected by this work. The Clubhouse will also remain open, along with Café Sol and delivery service, the fitness center, sports courts, clubhouse services, and available recreation areas. Solterra is also planning additional activities and programming during the renovation. The project will bring some exciting improvements to the resort, including renovated aquatic areas and a brand-new resort bar.
