We welcome you to this stunning 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom vacation home located in the beautiful Solana Resort! Featuring fun themed bedrooms for both kids and adults, this spacious home is the perfect place for your next Florida getaway.

Solana Resort is conveniently located in Davenport, Florida, just outside Orlando on the west side of Walt Disney World, with easy access to Highway 27 and Highway 192.

The Home

As you enter the home, you'll find a beautiful open floor plan featuring a spacious family room and formal dining area with seating for six. Additional seating for four is available in the breakfast nook.

Enjoy preparing meals in the fully equipped kitchen overlooking the living room and breakfast area. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook and serve meals during your stay. After dinner, relax on the comfortable sectional sofa while watching your favorite movie.

The first floor also features the executive master suite complete with a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom featuring dual sinks, a garden tub, and a walk-in shower.

Head outside and enjoy your own private oasis! Take a refreshing swim in the sparkling private pool or unwind in the bubbling spa (heating for spa and pool additional cost.)

The large covered lanai features ceiling fans, an outdoor sink, a large Smart TV, and no rear neighbors for added privacy. It's the perfect place to relax, dine outdoors, and spend quality time together.

Love to BBQ? Enjoy cooking outdoors with our built-in BBQ kitchen located on the pool deck.

The built-in grill is available for $200 per stay, which includes professional cleaning after your departure and one full propane tank.
If you use all of the propane during your stay, you're welcome to exchange or refill the tank at your own expense.
We also offer 3- and 4-burner propane grills for rent. These grills are delivered outside the screened pool enclosure with a full propane tank included.
Rental rates typically range from $95–$150 per week, depending on the grill size. Please contact us for an exact quote before your arrival.
