Beautiful 6 Bedroom 5 Bath Luxury home, just minutes to Disney World in one of Orlando's most sought after vacation resort communities. This home boasts so many upgrades you will not be disappointed! Granite counters throughout, new stainless steel appliances, new mattresses, upgraded carpet and tile and a brand new washer and dryer. There are 7 tv's in the home (4 are Smart TV's) so everyone can enjoy watching something different. Also enjoy the free high speed wi-fi and cable television.
Walking into this beautiful Mediterranean style home you are greeted with a beautiful formal dining room that seats 6 and a living room area with a very comfortable queen sofa bed. In the upgraded fully equipped kitchen you will find additional seating for 5 at the extra large kitchen island. There are plenty of utensils, dishes and cookware to prepare meals in addition to a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and blender all provided for your convenience.
The main family room is open to the kitchen and includes a 55” flat screen Smart TV. Enjoy lounging in the living room which overlooks the private screened in pool. The King Master Bedroom is located downstairs with a lovely view of the pool! This master suite offers lots of space, walk in closet and a 40” flat screen Smart TV. This large en suite has a walk in shower and deep garden tub for soaking after a long day at the parks.
Upstairs you will find 5 bedrooms and a loft area which includes a brand new very comfortable sofa with a 40” flat screen Smart TV and an Xbox 360! The kids will love this loft area!

Solana Resort is a manned gated community located off Hwy 27 minutes away from Disney attraction. This wonderful resort community offers a 4,000 sq foot clubhouse, kids play area, large heated pool, hot tub, with private cabana's, tiki bar, sand volleyball, playground, ping pong, arcade room, and a fitness room. There is also a miniature golf course available for a small fee. Brand new to the clubhouse is a mini market and gift shop! The clubhouse also serves Breakfast and you can grab a bite to eat for Lunch at the Tiki Bar (pricing varies for both.)
