This beautiful 5 bedroom, 4-1/2 bath was built in 2018 and is professionally decorated with all the comforts of home. The spacious home includes a modern kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. There is dining seating for 8 and additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar; All cookware and utensils are provided for your convenience.
Lounge around after a long day at the parks in the open floor plan gathering room featuring 2 sofas and a large 50-inch flat screen TVs. Step outside onto the patio to enjoy your very own private Splash Pool with screened enclosure that also has a 1/2 bath.

All pool heaters have electrical/mechanical components, which automatically shut off if the outside temperature drops below 50°F (no refund is provide in this case) .
The attached spa is not a jacuzzi. It will only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the similar temperature.
This is optional and may not be available at times.
We require a minimum of 2 days notice in advance.
Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas barbecue grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills it is the guest responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left uncleaned. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is LOCKED UP then it is NOT to be used by guests as it is the home owners personal grill.
