It's- A Shore Thing - that you are going to love this property for your next family vacation so much so you will return each year. A charming 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath tri-level home located across the street from the ocean in the Ft. Fisher area of Kure Beach, NC. A Shore Thing features tile and laminate flooring throughout.
The 2nd floor features an open living area with plenty of comfortable seating, large dining table, and a breakfast island in the kitchen with a couple of bar stools will provide ample space needed for preparing meals or planning island excursions! There is also a bistro set for additional seating in this space. All while surrounded by windows to give that outdoor feel while still being inside. This floor has access to one of the two spacious decks perfect for sipping coffee and peacefully enjoying the early island morning as it awakens. This has two bedrooms, one with a king(br1) and the other with a queen(br2). These bedrooms share a full bath with a tub and shower combo. There is also a half bath for guests.
The 3rd (top floor) features the beautiful and spacious Master suite, this space is a virtual get-a-way complete with a comfy king(br3) bed, TV, and access to the large private deck with views of the ocean. Enjoy a hot bath in the jetted soaking tub, and beautiful walk-in shower. There is an additional bedroom just outside the master suite with 2 twin beds(br4) along with a TV/DVD Player for watching those movies, that will keep the little ones tucked away. These 2 bedrooms share the master en suite. All TV's are equipped with the TV Select Plan through Spectrum TV.
