• We also provide enough hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs.

🔏 Security Deposit: A $500 refundable security deposit is required for each reservation.
🚭 Smoke-Free Property This is a completely smoke-free home — indoors and out. If evidence of smoking is found, a $250 deodorization fee will apply.
🕓 Check-In & Check-Out Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Parking on the premises is available during your reservation window only. Unapproved late departures may result in a $250 fee, as our team works on a tight turnaround to prepare the home for arriving guests.
🤫 Quiet Hours Please observe quiet hours from 10p to 8a — the neighbors will love you for it.
🧹 Cleaning & Products Our professional cleaning team handles all deep cleaning between stays. During your visit, please avoid using bleach-based products to prevent accidental damage to linens and surfaces.
🕯️ Scents & Candles Out of respect for guests with sensitivities, please refrain from burning incense, diffusing essential oils, or using similar scented items inside the home.
🎉 Gatherings & Events This home is designed for rest, relaxation, and quality time — not parties or events. Please keep overnight guests to those listed on the reservation.
📜 Guests are required to provide a government-issued photo ID and complete a signed rental agreement prior to check-in, as required under North Carolina law (N.C. Gen. Stat. § 42A-10). This is completed through our complimentary guest portal, which also offers optional keyless entry and check-in convenience features.

• Pets must be added to the reservation during booking
• A non-refundable $150 pet fee applies per stay
• Maximum of 2 dogs; no other animals permitted

Loved the soaking tub in master bath! So nice to wake up and have coffee on master bedroom deck while looking at the ocean. The separate ground level apartment was amazing for my teenage kids to stay in. Lovely visit and loved the neighborhood. So close to beach.

The property was perfect it was in short walking distance to a public access and close to Fort Fisher. The property was clean and inviting a great place to stay.

First day was a disappointment. Cleaning crew was still there 2 1/2 hrs after we were to check in. We couldn't access the kitchens to put food away and prepare dinner for the kids. Everyone was hit and exhausted but had to wait for staff to finish and leave. One of the beds could not be used . One leg was completely stripped from the frame. Beyond that, everyone loved the home a. The kids called it the mansion. The master bedroom on the top floor had French doors leading out to a balcony with a gliding bench and beautiful views of the ocean just down the block. I love that there were two kitchens and one level is a complete apartment. So much space no one was tripping over feet. Great location.
