Please read all of the following:

Check In time is strictly 4PM. We do our best to accommodate for early check in. We offer early check-ins when fit with a small fee, as this time allows our cleaning and inspecting teams to make sure it is to our 5-star standard. If you enter the home prior to 4PM without a scheduled early check in, you will be charged an additional fee.

This home is a vacation rental. We require someone in the party staying in the rental, to be at least 25 years of age or older.

You will be required to sign a Vacation Rental Agreement under the North Carolina Vacation Rental Act to be able to secure your reservation.

Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced. Queen, King and Full beds are authorized to sleep 2 people with twin beds sleeping 1. If your unit offers a Sleeper Sofa, the linens for the sofa are NOT included. They can be provided upon request but are an additional $30 per set and Property Manager needs a 48 hour notice prior to arrival to ensure they are placed in the home. Failure to give 48 hour notice will may result in unavailability.

This unit is pet friendly. We do not have any breed restrictions but do require a pet fee of $150 per pet per stay. The max amount of pets allow is 2.
