Welcome to Stella Maris: Our Oceanfront Family Home boasts multiple decks for outdoor living in the calmest part of Kure Beach in the beautiful neighborhood of Kure Dunes. Grill your dinner on our covered wrap-around porch. Every bedroom has an Ocean View! The kids and fishermen can walk ten short minutes up the beach to the famous Kure Beach Pier. Bring the whole family: Four Bedrooms and Four Bathrooms, plus a sofa bed, and a generously furnished living room to accommodate sleeping 12. Bring up to two *Under 30 pound* dogs for an extra fee. Don't worry about your luggage: you'll have generous closet space throughout.

Parking:
Parking in garage for 1 small car, size dependent. Additional space for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway. No Parking In The Yard: Kure Dunes has a strict prohibition against parking in the grass. No trailers allowed.
Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and laying on the end of the beds.
Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.
Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.
Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Check-out is by 10 am.
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Pet Policy:
Up to two Small dogs allowed, up to 30lbs each. The first dog is included in the price of the Rental. Subsequent dogs are subject to an additional payment and restrictions! Carolina and Kure Beaches are pet-friendly, but you must follow town guidelines. Please check the town website for beach pet restrictions.
Cancellation Policy:
We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Renting a golf cart or bike is easy, too, with several local rental companies. Golf carts are one of the easiest ways to cruise around the island. Rentals are simple to arrange, and once you're behind the wheel, you can zip along any road posted 35 mph or under.

Perfect home for our family! Grandparents, 2 adult children and spouses, 4 grands under age 6! And a German shepherd who loves to swim in ocean. Each family had their own suite with bathrooms. Beach access is ideal, house is well-stocked for cooking and gathering. We loved being together in such beautiful surroundings. Hope to return often!

If you cook, this is the house for you. I was overjoyed as it’s hard to find houses that have everything you need to cook for large groups! Location was perfect, view was great and space for everyone! Highly recommend this house for families and friends! Grill worked too! Great time was had here!

I really loved this house and the layout. I enjoyed that each bedroom had an adjoining bathroom so people could have their privacy. We enjoyed the open floor plan on the mainfloor and we really enjoyed the outdoor deck space. Most of all, we all enjoyed the proximity to and the views of the beach!!
