Discover our magnificent rooftop terrace, equipped with BBQs and accessible year-round. During the cold months, the outdoor furniture is not available, so simply enjoy the BBQs and this breathtaking view!

ROOFTOP POOL
The building has a heated rooftop pool that our guests have access to during their stay.

The pool is closed during the coldest months of the year, generally from October to early/mid-June. These dates may vary slightly depending on the year's weather.
The pool is reserved for building residents. People who are not included in your reservation are not permitted on site. There are no lifeguards on site. Please always keep an eye on your children.

APARTMENT RULES

All our reservations are covered by AirCover, Airbnb's protection. You may be held responsible in the event of damage or failure to comply with the house rules. If applicable, we will contact the Resolution Center by providing photos and/or invoices.

Check-in can be done any time after 4:00 PM. The latest check-out time is 11:00 AM. You may request an earlier check-in than 4:00 PM or a check-out after 11:00 AM, but we cannot guarantee this request, and we can only give you an official answer 24 hours in advance.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a $1,000 penalty.

Pets are not allowed. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a $500 penalty and immediate eviction without refund.

Parties and excessive noise are not allowed in the unit; breaking this rule will result in a $500 penalty and immediate eviction without refund.

If the apartment is left in a messy state, we will charge $40 per additional hour per housekeeping attendant to restore order during cleaning. We appreciate it when guests wash their dishes before check-out or start the dishwasher.

Guests are not permitted to book our apartment directly if they do not have a verified ID and a profile photo of their face on Airbnb. We do not discriminate in any way; we simply want to know to whom we are renting our property.

Guests assume full responsibility for any accident, injury or illness occurring in the apartment. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests expressly assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests acknowledge that they may personally take out insurance to protect themselves during such events.

If more guests than the number initially indicated in the reservation sleep in the apartment, we will apply a $500 penalty and require that the initial number of guests mentioned in the reservation be respected from then on. Children under 2 years of age are not counted as guests.

If you notice anything that poses a danger and could cause harm to the premises or to people, please let us know immediately.

If you delay the work of the housekeeping attendants at check-out time, you will be charged $50. This fee applies to any late departure between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Any guest still on site after 1:00 PM will be charged for an additional night. This does not apply if we have approved a late check-out in advance.

Although it is not systematic, we reserve the right to request ID from all guests for security reasons.

A maintenance agent may stop by during your stay to service the facilities and equipment to ensure they are working properly, both for your stay and for that of the next guests. Their intervention is occasional, is normally limited to the exterior, and should not cause any disturbance. In the event of an emergency requiring access to interior equipment, the agent may exceptionally have to enter the accommodation. Please rest assured that this will only happen as a last resort, in order to guarantee your comfort.

When you make a reservation with us, you accept all the house rules above. Prices in this section are in Canadian dollars.
