About this cottage rental
Join those that have also discovered this Cute, Cute, Cute. remodeled cottage, located in the quiet neighborhood of The Pines. Enjoy the private patio in the back yard for that quiet hideaway away from the hustle & bustle of downtown complete with outside shower. 3bdrm/2bath. 4 Adults max. Occupancy 6 people. We are a local real estate company handles this property on VRBO. We need to confirm availability after Labor Day with Owner. Weekly & 3nite min available in off season.
Please Note: There is no refund for cancellation through VRBO. However, Crowley Assoc. does offer a cancellation policy separately which is stated in the lease agreement.
Once your reservation is confirmed, further correspondence will be directly with our office and/or your agent who will reach out and email a lease providing additional, relevant information.
Linens are not provided at this property, so you will need to bring sheets & bath sets. Ask your agent for linen company rental options in our area.
Effective Jan 1, 2025 a State Tax of 4.5% has been incorporated by the State of De in addition to the municipality accommodations tax (currently 7% in Rehoboth) that is required. The 7% Rehoboth tax will need to be paid directly to Crowley as VRBO does not collect these fees. Your lease will indicate the tax amount and you can call the office or your agent to make that payment with a credit card or debit card directly to Crowley Associates in order to confirm your reservation.
