Arrive and feel right at home: This charming 2-room vacation apartment on the first floor offers you the perfect retreat for relaxing days on Usedom. The bright living area, featuring a cozy couch, an electric tiled stove, and an open kitchen with a dining area, invites you to linger.
The sunny balcony is equipped with patio furniture and an electric awning. Here you can enjoy your vacation with an unobstructed view of the greenery and the Achterwasser, leaving the stresses of everyday life behind.

PRICING:
During the off-season and in October, prices are based on an occupancy of 2 people.
For an occupancy of more than 2 people, a surcharge of EUR 5.00 per night per person applies. No surcharge applies for infants up to 2 years of age.

Well-equipped kitchen with microwave (grill function), coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes, silverware, and glasses.

Key pickup:
Since we do not have an office directly in Koserow, keys will be picked up in the neighboring town:
Reception building, Oberförsterweg 12, Seebad Zempin
Check-in: Between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Later arrivals are possible only by prior arrangement (if full payment has been made).
Check-out: By 10:00 a.m.

Any fees to be paid on site must be settled immediately upon arrival/key handover.
Only cash payments are accepted (no card payments).



Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
