On the upper floor, the “Mignon petit” offers a modern, approximately 80-square-meter vacation apartment with a beautiful 20-square-meter rooftop terrace for 4 to 5 people. The apartment consists of a hallway, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and a crib, and 1 with two single beds), and a cozy living room with cable TV and a radio, featuring a built-in kitchenette (refrigerator, sink, glass-ceramic stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, etc.). Use of the washing machine is available.

Upon request, a second bathroom with a shower and toilet can be rented as well.
"Villa Mignon," built in 1908, and “Mignon petit,” built in 1999, are located in the seaside resort of Koserow in a quiet yet central location. Both houses are situated on a large property that offers not only a free parking space and a place to store bicycles, but also plenty of room to relax, have a barbecue, and play (a swing, slide, and sandbox are available). Although you can’t see the sea from our property, you can hear it, as only the coastal forest separates you from the fine, white Baltic Sea beach, which is about 200 meters away.
Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
