On the upper floor of “Villa Mignon,” a beautiful, spacious vacation apartment measuring over 80 square meters awaits you. It features a bright, spacious hallway and two combined living/bedroom areas, one of which has a balcony measuring approximately 10 square meters. Each room is equipped with a double bed, a sitting area, satellite TV, and a closet. The kitchen is modern and comfortably furnished with a sitting area, refrigerator, glass-ceramic stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, and a wide range of kitchen utensils. The apartment includes a bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a separate guest restroom. Use of a washing machine is available.

The kitchen is modern and comfortably furnished with a seating area, refrigerator, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, and a full range of kitchen utensils. The apartment includes a bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a separate guest restroom.
"Villa Mignon," built in 1908, and “Mignon petit,” built in 1999, are located in the seaside resort of Koserow in a quiet yet central location. Both houses are situated on a large property that offers not only a free parking space and a covered area for bicycles but also plenty of room to relax, barbecue, and play (a swing, slide, and sandbox are available). Although you can’t see the sea from our property, you can hear it, as only the coastal forest separates you from the fine, white Baltic Sea beach, which is about 200 meters away.
Check-in is available from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00, and check-out is from 07:00 to 10:00.
