On the first floor of a building, this 54 m² apartment offers a pleasant and functional living space. It includes a 15 m² living room, two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, a shower room, and a separate toilet. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. The first bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm). The second bedroom is equipped with three single beds, including a bunk bed.

The fully equipped kitchen allows you to enjoy your stay with complete peace of mind. You will find an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and all necessary utensils and crockery. A toaster, extractor hood, and two coffee makers (one traditional and one capsule) complete the equipment.

In the basement, a private laundry room also provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, and clothes drying rack. An additional shower is also available.
