This cozy house facing south, in a quiet environment and vis-à-vis, is located in Les Sables d'Olonne, just 500m from the town center and 1km from the beach. You can enjoy all the benefits that can offer the city.
Covering an area of 75 m², it can accommodate 6 people. It consists of:
- 2 bedrooms one with 1 double bed and a dressing room, the other with 2 single beds.
- An American kitchen which is fully equipped (cutlery, crockery, cooking hobs, fridge, dishwasher, oven).
- Bathroom, WC
- 1 terrace with 1 garden to enjoy tranquility that offers home.
Note that the electrical appliances is provided (washing machine, hair dryer). There is also a garage and a parking space. Pets are allowed.
You can find in the city and its surrounding recreational, cultural and sporting services (zoos, reefs, restaurants, museums, cinemas, children's playground, horse riding, casinos, water sports, bowling, tennis, diving, hiking, peach).

Accueil sympathique et agréable du propriétaire avec son humour pince-sans-rire.
Maison très propre, à la décoration sobre et bien équipée, avec une literie de très bonne qualité.
Le jardinet est bien entretenu, bien exposé et très agréable pour profiter du soleil et de moments de détente.
Localisation dans un quartier calme et assez proche de la plage, avec toutes les commodités accessibles à pied.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et recommandons cette location.

Bonne accueil du propriétaire, bouteille d,eau fraîche dans le frigo à nôtre arrivée qui à été très apprécié avec les fortes températures du week-end.
Maisonnette agréable, bien situé possédant de très bon couchage.
Si nous revenons dans la région je sais déjà qu'elle location prendre.

Appartement globalement adapté à notre attente mais une chambre ne pouvait pas être occupée à cause d'une très forte odeur de renfermé vraiment insupportable , heureusement que nous étions que deux !
De plus nous n'avons pas pu voir le propriétaire au départ malgré trois appels et avoir sonné chez lui à l'heure convenue
