Come and discover Les Sables-d'Olonne by staying in this charming house ideally located in the heart of the town, which can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children. You will enjoy a pleasant setting combining comfort and practicality, with two wooden terraces for your outdoor meals and also a barbecue.
Just 350 m from the Grande Plage and its famous seafront promenade, you can easily enjoy the shops, restaurants and numerous water sports activities. Thanks to its privileged location, everything is accessible on foot to vary your pleasures, discover the town and explore the surrounding area.
Upon arrival at the house, you will discover the living area with the lounge corner featuring a sofa and television, the dining table and open-plan kitchen opening onto the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has induction hobs, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a raclette machine and a crêpe maker, as well as a filter coffee maker and a Dolce Gusto.
The house has 2 bedrooms and 1 mezzanine:
Bedroom 1: Ground floor: has a double bed (140/190)
Bedroom 2: Ground floor: has two single bunk beds (90/190), ideal for 2 children
The mezzanine: has a Queen size bed (160/200)
A bathroom is available with a hairdryer and a toilet. For added comfort, a washing machine and an iron are provided.
You will have air conditioning in the bedrooms and the living area.
To park, you can park for free on the street. You can also leave your bikes on the terrace if needed.
