Second bedroom (adjoining) with internal access and independent access to the outside: two 80x200 cm beds that can be joined together, walk-in shower and sink in the room, separate WC.

Outside: terrace with garden furniture, darts, charcoal barbecue, gravel courtyard with optional private parking (not fenced). Bicycle storage in the cellar.
