About this house rental
Originally built in 1900, this thoughtfully restored Victorian was designed for memorable gatherings. With over 3,800 square feet, seven bedrooms, and multiple gathering spaces, there's room for everyone to spread out while still coming together.
Start your mornings with coffee in one of the sunny sitting rooms surrounded by lush greenery, then gather around the oversized dining table for breakfast before heading out to explore Detroit. The fully stocked kitchen makes cooking for a crowd easy, whether you're preparing a holiday meal or a late night snack after a Tigers game.
When it's time to relax, choose between two inviting living rooms, curl up with a book in the hammock chairs, or head upstairs to the vaulted attic lounge for foosball, board games, movies, or simply hanging out together.
Every bedroom has its own personality, blending historic charm with modern comfort to give everyone a space they'll be excited to call their own. Two brand new furnaces and two central air conditioners keep the home comfortable in every season.
One of our favorite things about the location is that it feels surprisingly peaceful despite being so close to everything. You're on a quiet residential street with plenty of driveway and street parking, yet you're just a short walk to Michigan Central Station and several fantastic restaurants in Mexicantown and Corktown. Downtown, the riverfront, sporting events, museums, and Detroit's best neighborhoods are all just minutes away.
Whether you're here for a family reunion, wedding weekend, work retreat, birthday celebration, or simply to experience Detroit with friends, we've created a home that's just as memorable as the city itself.
