Near downtown Detroit

Great location for us. Good size.

A couple door knobs were missing (nothing better than having someone rescue you from the bathroom because of no knobs and sticky door). Most doors do not close all the way. It looks like it was a rush job to get this on the rental market, some sloppy work. But, apart from a few minor issues, it is a good deal and a nice place.

Location was close downtown

The bathtub was the old type of tub. Water didn’t get hot. Knob on door was made for a kids play house. No curtains on bathroom window.

Wedding trip

Very nice and convenient for our purpose.

Highly suggest hand rails for front porch along with more light. Steps are dark and hard to see key pad. Also suggest fixing inside steps hand rail. Mostly covered by wall, steps are step , one of us fell. Grass also looked several week tall. Would be more presentable cut so guess would not have to walk through tall grass to enter.

Waste of money horrible stay.

Property was dirty, raggedy and stinky. I was in the unit 25 left asked for a refund. He never gave a refund. Worst experience every. No curtains on windows, horrible neighborhood I was bothered by the homeless within mins of going to the property. Frig as nasty, stove as dirty and wouldn’t stay on after 2 mins. Floors were sticky. Smelled like the floors were mopped with urine. I begged for a refund he played games and never granted a refund and there was nothing booking could do. I ended up getting a hotel room and took a $1200 loss. If you book you will wish you didn’t. By that time it will be too late and he will not grant a refund. Good luck.

I would never go through that property management again.

The property was okay. Nothing spectacular, for the price.

The lock on the door was truly a nightmare. Given code to enter it didn’t work. First day locked out for over 2 hours we had to wait for someone to come unlock the door. First person that came could not open the door. Someone else came the housekeeper and took her a couple of tries then said you hv to pull on the doorknob turn it to get in while all while putting in the code . Okay let’s see. Damn that was a lie. A total joke. Each time we went out we were locked out. Seemed useless to call management they were no help so we just kept trying the method of pulling on the already loose doorknob until we got it opened. And no it took awhile.

The kitchen is well equipped with new utilities. Nice home decor. Located about 15mintues from down town and other central locations.

The pass code to the door was not passed on time. It took 20 minutes to send the email with the code once I contact the management company. We had almost finished toilet paper in the washroom on arrival. When reported, we were told we will get a fresh supply in morning. Unfortunately we did not get it and no further reply from the management company to our communications. Check out time in Booking.com was 11am. In the actual appt we had to use it state 10am with a penalty if we stay later. Again, the management did not answer our texts to clarity.

poor plumbing toilet flushes very slow clogs easily. so put toilet paper in the trash. shower does not get hot stays like warm. cheap toilet paper.

Not quite clean, short on toilet paper and dishwasher soap, the main door got locked from the inside and couldn’t open again, having to use the back (Kitchen) door, no dressers in any room; it can surely be improved.

Very clean and no bugs not even flies! The house was comfortable and WiFi worked well. I would stay again!

wasn’t informed about Orkin appointment and was surprised by an Orkin employee at the door there to do a monthly spray for bugs. Also had some troubles with the code lock but that was probably more user error than anything lol.

I loved the building and the surrounding neighborhood and historic architecture.

The basement toilet was needed with three of us. The problem was that it was moldy and had a broken seat. Also shower water spilled on the floor, so we added an additional shower insert we found in the house, which resolved that problem.

the stairs inside and out, the noisy beds, very small television in living room, no tv in bedrooms, bathtub too high. stairs inside are too steep, steps outside were broken needs something to hold on to when walking up outside steps. Cobwebs and paint splatter on floors.
