It was inexpensive and could accommodate our large group. The property manager was easy to contact when we had an issue with the lock timing out, and apologetic about the noise from the other units.
This is a cheap flip in an old house. The furnishings are discount builder grade, but the issue is we could hear everything from the other units in the building, and the other rooms in our unit. No soundproofing. I barely got any sleep the whole stay, and I am a very heavy sleeper.
