About this house rental
1. No shoes to be worn inside the home.
2. Quiet hours start at 10pm on week nights and 11pm on weekends.
3. No smoking indoors. Any cigarette butts are to be disposed of off the property. **Evidence of smoking inside the property will result in a $500.00 fine charged to guests**
4. Small pets are allowed for an additional fee. Any evidence of unannounced or unpermitted pets will be subject to a $500 fee.
5. No parties and/or large social gatherings. **There is a $250.00 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house. Please be transparent and honest. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.**
6. Check-in and Check-out times are MANDATORY unless scheduled and confirmed at a minimum of 24 hours in advance and if we are able to accommodate without double booking. **$50.00/hour penalty will be applied if you fail to check-out by 11am or by the agreed upon check-out time. My cleaners are on tight schedules**
**Reservation Extension Policy:
Guests looking to extend their stay are welcome to do so, subject to availability. Please note, we require a 48 hour notice MINIMUM prior to checkout time to extend without penalty.
All extension requests that are between 24-48 hours before checkout time are subject to an additional 50% of the cleaning fee to reschedule cleaners.
Any extension request that is less than 24 hours before checkout time will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
Please note that all additional fees must be paid first before an extension is confirmed.
7. A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests. Please be honest. We must coordinate cleaners and inventory based on the number of guests that occupy the unit.
8. LOST KEYS are subject to a $500 replacement fee. Lost keys and fobs cause disruptions in operations and could affect following guest reservations.
9. If any personal property is damaged/lost/stolen or if the cleaning company requires additional time to clean up, you will be charged accordingly.
10. Lock all windows and doors if you are not home.
11. Turn off all light when not in use.
12. If there is any maintenance issue, please contact me directly so I can send someone to fix it.
13. Garbage bins are located outside the front door. Garbage bins should be brought out to the curb on Wednesdays after 6pm.
14. Waste is to be disposed of properly and sorted to city regulation in the garbage and recycling bins. **$50.00 surcharge charged to guest who fail to follow proper waste protocol. My cleaners will have to dedicate time to re-sort waste correctly.**
15. Please do not move furniture or décor. Furniture and décor is to remain in its original place at the time of check-out.
16. Guests are responsible for their own consumables after the initial reserve provided is used.
