Spent the weekend there with brothers for a football weekend in Michigan. Great location close to downtown Windsor and restaurants. House is a little gitchy with obvious additions and dated, but overall clean and practical.

This is the 3rd or 4th time we have booked this house, pretty much anytime we are staying in the Windsor area we try and book this house! Super clean, great location and very spacious house right on Riverside. The owner, Viet, is super cool, easy to deal with, very responsive and keeps the property spotless. 5 stars across the board, definitely recommend from us.

The river view and proximity to the park on the river are very nice. The property was in pretty good condition and five adults could stay fairly comfortably. It was more comfortable with four since that is the number of bedrooms. The downstairs bathroom was very nice.

This is the second time we have rented this property and we had a great time as expected. The house is very spacious, very clean and sits on a beautiful corner lot overlooking the water and Ambassador Bridge. The property contact Viet, is extremely helpful and quick to respond to any inquires. 5 stars all day, we look forward to staying at Viet’s property again and again.

This house was in a great location, close to everything you need and right on the water! The property was super clean and safe. The owner Viet, was incredibly fast in returning our inquires. Place was clean and I slept comfortably. Accommodated 5 adults easily. (5th adult did use a sleeping bag). Nice place to hang outside. Grill was not in great condition but was functional. Check-in was easy. View of the river was nice and access to the waterfront park was easy.

The house has a beautiful view. It’s a safe place in the neighbourhood and was very spacious and enjoyable. Although, sad enough to say, when we were packing up the next morning we found what seemed to be a nail clipping of some sort, looked more to be a toenail to be exact. It sitting in a cubby in one of the desks in the bedrooms, which makes me wonder how well they cleaned the house for covid purposes. They did provide the house with hand sanitizer, but doesn’t do justice for what else they might not have done. Another thing that didn’t sit right with us was the strong odour that came along with the house, if you stay here keep the doors open as the odour is very unpleasant. Our biggest concern was being charged an insane amount of money for the floors not being cleaned. Before we left the house we cleaned the tables and threw out garbage as any person would do, but being charged an excessively large amount of money for sticky floors with the slightest bit of dirt is overly excessive and uncalled for. We tried writing back to the house owner to cancel the fees and only got a rude response. We booked the house for 10 people, although only 6 people stayed the night. The house has a limit of 8 people but yet they allowed 10 to stay. In this case, they argued trying to tell us we threw a big party and threatened us saying we’re lucky we didn’t have the cops called on us. DO NOT STAY HERE unless you want to pay unnecessary fines as well as rude hospitality!

The home was very clean when I arrived and the owner replied to me very quickly about my concerns. The house is beautiful as well, although there were a lot of dainty knickknacks around the house so it might not be suitable for children
