we had a horrible night. weed sigarets and stuff around the house. strangers parked in front of the house with running engine and lights. Asked response from host, never got an answer!!!!

Terrible.

Bedbug found in blanket. Took pictures of the bedbug. When we contacted staff, the response was “find clean sheets or we can bring you clean sheets.” The owner of this unit was NO help and did not answer booking.com’s email about my complaint. When I called the phone number of the owner provided by booking.com, he said the request from booking.com must be in his spam and would get back to me. One week later, no response. We want a refund for our stay.

Overall, the renovations done to the property was charming. The host thought of everything. They blended old and new furniture, which I found nostalgic and refreshing. And the location was convenient for us

Our beddings were not clean. We were lucky to find a clean set of beddings in hallway storage. For the price that we paid, I expected better service.

Worked for a quick weekend. Don't expect sleep though.

This was a great location to the venue we were traveling to. However, there was lots of miscommunication between the app of booking.com and the werent.com that is used to managed the property. Inconsistency on check in/check out options. They also charged me an additional incidental fee on the day of check in that was not advertised on the booking.com site, which is where I booked. When we arrived, we could not get in because the door handle was locked and the key code was only for the deadbolt. The neighbors partied ALL NIGHT and ALL MORNING, so a good nights sleep, even with comfortable beds was not an option.

Open communication with the utilization of a 3rd/4th party booking system. They do not book through only booking.com. They book through WErent.com. They also do not have consistent information regarding checkin/checkout on the two booking platforms. It is not advertised that there is an additional incidental fee that must be paid prior to check in. The person messaging me stated that it was $100, however, it was $110.00 I think that although this apartment is lovely, there are inconsistencies and loud neighbors that will keep it from being a desirable place to stay.

Affordable and charming stay that is exceeded my expectations.

This is a charming property. It’s full of nostalgia and has a retro vibe. This home has all the amenities you would need for a short or extended stay. The neighborhood was quiet. I walked and scootered across town. It’s a short walk to the restaurants and nightlife of Mexican Town. It’s a quick Uber or Scooter ride to Cork Town.

It’s a great home with lots of room but only one bathroom. I traveled solo so not an issue for me, but for a larger family this is something to keep into consideration if everyone is trying to get ready and shower at once.

Good value for the money

The place was roomy, and was rather quiet. Neighbors were friendly and it wasn't too far from our Venue at Ford Field. On the street parking was ample enough for 2 vehicles. We had all we needed to prepare food from home.

Needed more mirrors and beds were lower than expected. Door coder didn't have a lock button on it; we figured out that you had to put the code back in to lock the door. No response from property owner over questions and concerns.
