The house is built around a large living room comprising:
• an open kitchen with central island, convivial and perfectly suited to shared meals;
• a comfortable living room with a 2-seater sofa bed;
• large bay windows, allowing a total opening to the outside and creating a real continuity between the interior and the terrace;

• a separate toilet;
• a billiard table, to extend the evenings in a friendly atmosphere.

2. The sleeping area — 4 spacious and comfortable 🛏️ bedrooms
The sleeping area consists of 4 elegant and comfortable bedrooms, all equipped with quality bedding and designed to adapt to the composition of your group.
2 bedrooms with private bathroom — sleeps 2 each
Two bedrooms each have their own private bathroom with walk-in shower.
The bedding is modular according to your needs:
2 beds of 80 x 200 cm, which can be used separately as two single beds, or pushed together to form a large bed of 160 x 200 cm, with a mattress topper ensuring a homogeneous and comfortable sleeping surface.
2 bedrooms with additional sleeping space — 3 beds each
The other two bedrooms each have:
